Doing fintech product in Sydney, mostly B2B. I’ve worked across wealth, financial markets, payments and banking, with companies and products at different stages. These days, I’m focused on financial crime at FrankieOne. This is where I share thoughts and things I’m learning along the way.
I’m interested in the whole customer journey, from getting started to what keeps people coming back. A lot of my work is about helping products grow, making platforms work better together, and figuring out where AI can make things easier for customers and teams.
Outside of product, I photograph people, places, and the moments in between. Mostly on my iPhone, though I’m currently mucking around with the Fujifilm X-Half. I like making things, and paying attention to the small details.
